Holiday Inn Express and Suites Chicago West - St Charles, an IHG Hotel

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. My dad and I stayed for one night. There is an Olive Garden across the driveway way from the hotel, which is convenient.

The only real complaint was there were no coffee cups left in our room, so I had to go to the breakfast area for coffee. The only problem with that is that I had to get dressed and be presentable. Otherwise, this was a great experience.

Staff was courteous, kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was a surprise and high quality.
